You will usually need between 3 to 6 sessions for 1 issue, but occasionally more sessions are required for more complex cases or should other catastrophic events happen at a later date
This depends on the type of problem and on the progress made.
Your will usually see your hypnotherapist once a week. However some clients see the hypnotherapist twice a week, once a fortnight or even once a month depending on their circumstances.
