Grief is a deep sadness, often as a result of the passing of a close friend, relative or
pet the break up of a relationship and change in lifestyle or a relocation but can also
be from many other things.
Nikki Ind has vast experience in helping to move forward from grief using
hypnotherapy in a calm and relaxed environment. She does this by accessing the
subconscious and deeper mind with hypnotherapy that will clear the root cause of
any sadness.
Someone suffering from grief could be experiencing loss of lifestyle but that may be
related to something from the past that is out of their control. Often the root cause of
the deep grief can be something from childhood or teenage years that is minor, but
that creates a filter through which they view life with restrictions.
Once this has been cleared, it is much easier to resolve the current grief through the
grief process. Nikki also uses NLP (neuro linguistic programming) to run a specific
grief process on the current loss, unlocking the positive memories of the
person/pet/lifestyle that they have lost, bringing back peace of mind.
